Arrival
Day 1
Our guide will pick you up from the hotel to start the city tour. You will start with the Uganda Materys shrine for a history of culture and religion of Kampala, thereafter you will drive to Rubaga cathedral for yet another broader history of Buganda culture and religion then you transfer for a hot local lunch break at 2k restaurant. After a hot local lunch you will head out to the Lubiri palace for a Buganda culture history then we go for the Gadafi mosque experience where we get a chance to climb the tower for a better view of all the seven hills of Kampala. After this view we shall then visit the fruit market at the heart of the city center to see how Ugandans shop for fresh food. You will drive through as you see the outstanding old buildings build during the slave trade time by the indians, important business headquarters and you can also have a stop at the craft shops for a souvenir shopping. After our days shopping our guide will drop you off at the hotel where the trip ends.
